The project commissioned by the University of Calgary involved the creation of 12 hand-drawn illustrations for a workbook designed to facilitate exploration, reflection, and consideration of daily life aspects that enhance resilience, flourishing, and well-being for new families and their children. Each illustration was crafted with a soft appearance to align harmoniously with the workbook's message, encouraging users to engage thoughtfully with the content. The illustrations serve as both visual prompts and serene companions on the journey towards personal growth, providing an inviting backdrop for introspection and the development of supportive habits.
